Agreement to Terms

Schematicraft ("we", "us") runs schematicraft.com and its apps ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. A change to what a subscription costs or how it renews is emailed to you first, as set out under Subscriptions and Payments.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service
• By registering, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service, and to buy a subscription if you buy one

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the schematics, images, descriptions, and other content you create and upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content to Schematicraft, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display Your Content on the platform
• Process and analyze Your Content for platform features (e.g., block analysis, format conversion)
• Make Your Content available to other users according to your privacy settings
• Deliver copies of a build you set up for seller delivery, converted to the format and Minecraft release each recipient picks, to anyone who opens one of your delivery links
• Create derivative works for platform functionality (e.g., thumbnails, previews)

A world you upload is converted and then deleted; we do not keep it. Upload only worlds you have the right to use.

This license continues until you delete Your Content or your account, except for content that has been shared with or downloaded by other users. This does not affect copies of Your Content that other users have lawfully downloaded or shared prior to deletion, which may persist outside our systems.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• You do not have the right to share
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains inappropriate or adult content
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Commercial Content and Self-Promotion

You may link to your Patreon, Ko-fi, or other creator page from your user profile. However, every schematic you publish on Schematicraft must be downloadable for free, directly from the platform. Builds you keep private for seller delivery are the exception, and are covered under Seller Delivery below.

You agree not to:

• Upload placeholder, incomplete, or misleading files that direct users to pay elsewhere for the actual content
• Include external links in schematic descriptions (profile links are the appropriate place for creator pages)
• Use schematic uploads primarily as advertisements for paid content on other platforms

Brief mentions in a schematic description that more content is available on your profile are permitted. Schematicraft is a free-download platform. Creators are welcome, but every post must deliver a real, complete build.

Seller Delivery

Seller delivery lets you sell a build on your own store and give each buyer a link. The build stays private, and the buyer downloads it from the link in the format and Minecraft release they pick.

• You may only set up a build for delivery if you made it or have the right to sell it, and it must not include anything you aren't allowed to sell
• You are the seller. Your sale, its price, refunds and support are between you and your buyer under your store's rules. We deliver the files for you and are not part of that sale
• Follow your store's rules about links in your listings. Some stores don't allow them
• A link stops working when you turn it off, when it reaches the download or time limit you set, or when we remove the build, for example after a valid copyright notice
• When your free or paid access ends, you can't make new products or links. Links you already gave out keep working for 30 more days, then stop

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are paid subscriptions, such as Supporter and Seller. The price, and any tax included in it, is shown before you pay.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number
• A subscription is charged when you subscribe, then again every month on the same date. It renews automatically until you cancel
• Cancel anytime: Manage Subscription on your account page for Supporter, or Manage billing on the Delivery page for Seller. You keep what you paid for until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again
• If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, we refund that payment in full. Otherwise payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it
• If the price changes, we email you at least 7 days before the new price applies, with how to cancel
• Free access, such as Seller's first months, never turns into a paid subscription by itself. You only pay if you choose to subscribe

AI-Generated Content

• AI features are provided as a convenience and may produce inaccurate results
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the availability or performance of AI features
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for critical decisions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content without permission
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Sell or transfer your account to another person

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Schematicraft platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Trademarks

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Schematicraft is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Hypixel Studios. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All Minecraft-related content, including block names and game mechanics, are the property of Mojang Studios.

Copyright Complaints

The full process, including counter-notices, is on the Copyright page. We remove material after a valid notice, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Service Availability

• We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEMATICRAFT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Content uploaded by other users
• Third-party services or links

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schematicraft and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload to the Service

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., liability limitations) will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
