Schematicraft respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with the information below. This includes builds shared through a seller's delivery link: send the link's URL as the location.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To report copyright infringement, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Location of the infringing content: The URL(s) of the content on Schematicraft that you believe infringes your copyright
3. Your contact information: Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

Contact Information

We will review all properly submitted takedown requests and take appropriate action, which may include removing the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and phone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process
• Your physical or electronic signature
