Modern Spruce House with Rooftop Garden

This is a modern three-story house featuring a flat roof and an integrated rooftop garden. The structure utilizes a clean, minimalist aesthetic dominated by dark spruce wood framing and expansive glass windows that span the upper levels. A grey stone foundation supports the building, which sits on a paved platform. The top level features a distinct green area composed of foliage blocks, creating a functional outdoor space above the living quarters. Inside, the build includes essential survival furnishings such as beds, chests, a furnace, bookshelves, and barrels, making it fully habitable without requiring interior decoration. Measuring 27 blocks wide and 19 blocks tall, this compact design uses primarily spruce planks, stripped wood, and glass. It is a vanilla-compatible schematic ideal for urban survival bases or as a starter home in creative mode. The rooftop garden feature adds vertical interest and utility to the footprint.
