Modern Industrial Factory Base with Glass Roof

This is a large, multi-story industrial factory base designed for production and storage. The structure features a rigid, rectangular footprint with a dark grey exterior dominated by concrete and brick materials. The facade displays a repetitive grid of tall, arched windows filled with cyan stained glass, set against deep red backing blocks. Vertical pillars reinforce the corners and divide the wall sections. The roof is flat and dark, featuring a central strip of translucent glass panels that likely serve as skylights or ventilation shafts, bordered by small structural columns. A single staircase provides entry on one side. Measuring 64 wide by 39 tall, this build contains over 24,000 blocks using 33 unique types. It requires mods including Ars Nouveau, BYG, Chisel, Engineers Decor, Immersive Engineering, and Simply Light. Since no furniture or workstations are included, the interior remains an empty shell. This base works well as a foundation for an automated resource processing setup or a high-tech survival headquarters.
